Untracked Lettermail:
Orders under $20 CAD → $2 CAD shipping
Orders $20 CAD and over → FREE untracked shipping
Tracked & Insured Shipping (Optional):
Orders under $30 CAD → $8 CAD
Orders $30–$60 CAD → $5 CAD
Orders over $60 CAD → FREE tracked shipping
🇺🇸 Shipping to the U.S.
Untracked Lettermail:
Orders under $40 USD → $2.50 USD shipping
Orders $40 USD and over → FREE untracked shipping
Tracked & Insured Shipping (Optional):
Orders under $30 USD → $6 USD
Orders $30–$60 USD → $4 USD
Orders over $60 USD → FREE tracked shipping

Within Canada: 5–16 business days
To the U.S.: 7–25 business days
Other international orders are usually in transit for 8-30 business days.
Please contact us within 30 business days if you haven't received your order and if you are located in Canada or the US. If your order is international please contact us within 60 business days. We are not responsible for lost orders after this timeline has passed.
If the order is lost in the mail a replacement can be provided.
Please note that items from "Tools and Accessories" section are shipped directly from our overseas warehouse and will be delivered within 10-25 business days separately from other purchases.
The buyer is responsible for providing the correct address. If the address was incorrect the refund will be issued only in case the order will be returned back to the seller for non-delivery.
